Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and technically proficient Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging video content optimized for various social media platforms and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling abilities with technical expertise and a data-driven approach to content creation.

Core Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for multiple social media platforms
• Create engaging short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Produce longer-form video content for YouTube and client websites
• Design and implement motion graphics and visual effects
• Edit raw footage and create compelling narratives
• Add captions, subtitles, and text overlays to videos
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Collaborate with content and social media teams
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times
• Keep up with latest video trends and platform requirements
• Create video templates for recurring content types

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and or other video editing platforms
• Experience with short-form video creation for social media
• Strong portfolio of video editing work
• Expert knowledge of video formatting for different platforms
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects
• Proficiency in audio editing and sound design
• Understanding of social media video best practices
• Knowledge of video optimization for different platforms
• Experience with video compression and file management
