Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and community management skills to drive growth across various social media platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Create monthly content calendars and publishing schedules
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Identify trends and opportunities for audience engagement
  • Research and analyze competitor social media presence
  • Set and track relevant KPIs for social media performance

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels)
  • Write compelling copy for various social platforms
  • Coordinate with design team for visual content creation
  • Manage social media content calendar
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
  • Optimize content based on platform best practices
  • Create and maintain content libraries

Community Management

  • Monitor and manage client social media communities
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly
  • Foster engagement and build community relationships
  • Handle crisis communications when needed
  • Maintain brand voice in all interactions
  • Monitor and report on social sentiment

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track social media metrics and KPIs
  • Create comprehensive performance reports
  • Analyze data to optimize content strategy
  • Monitor audience growth and engagement rates
  • Provide actionable insights based on data
  • Stay updated with platform analytics tools

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional social media management experience
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts
  • Experience with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Understanding of social media best practices and algorithms
  • Knowledge of current social media trends
  • Basic photo and video editing skills
