Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth and visibility for our clients across various industries.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
• Perform comprehensive keyword research and develop content optimization strategies
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve search engine rankings
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with development teams on implementation
• Create and optimize meta titles, descriptions, and schema markup
• Develop content briefs for writers based on keyword research and search intent
• Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
• Generate monthly SEO performance reports and present results to clients
• Stay current with SEO best practices and algorithm updates
• Collaborate with content, development, and paid search teams to ensure alignment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic for medium to large websites
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Google Analytics and Search Console expertise
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent understanding of search intent and content optimization
