Position Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify potential clients for our growth & performance marketing services. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, results-oriented professional who can effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers in various industries.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to identify potential clients
- Research and qualify prospects using defined criteria
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
- Create personalized messaging for target accounts
- Track and report on key sales metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Participate in regular sales team meetings and training sessions
- Update and maintain prospect database
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales development or related experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in digital marketing or SaaS sales preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn and articulate complex services
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
