Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations & Project Manager to oversee our agency’s operational efficiency and project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing resources, coordinating hiring initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of client projects while maintaining high-quality standards
Core Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Create, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor operational metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal performance
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Implement and manage project management tools and systems
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement improvements
Project Management
- Oversee multiple client projects across different service lines
- Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with team leads to optimize resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration
- Ensure project profitability and efficiency
Hiring & Team Development
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs
- Develop and standardize hiring processes and procedures
- Create and maintain role documentation and job descriptions
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Implement onboarding programs for new team members
- Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
- Facilitate training and development initiatives
Process Standardization
- Design and implement standardized workflows across departments
- Create templates and frameworks for recurring tasks
- Develop quality control measures and checkpoints
- Ensure compliance with established procedures
- Regular review and optimization of existing processes
- Document best practices and success stories
- Train team members on standardized processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations or project management experience
- Proven track record in process improvement and standardization
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Strong background in team management and resource allocation
- Experience with hiring and talent development
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing operations
