We’re seeking a strategic LinkedIn Lead Generation & Personal Branding Specialist to drive qualified business opportunities through LinkedIn while building and managing professional brands for our clients. This role combines lead generation, personal branding, and appointment setting expertise.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Artist to create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and various marketing materials. The ideal candidate will combine artistic talent with marketing sensibility to produce designs that drive engagement and results.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies
- Identify and research target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Create and optimize connection request messages
- Manage prospect lists and lead pipelines
- Track and report on lead generation metrics
- Implement multi-touch outreach sequences
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
Personal Branding
- Develop personal branding strategies for clients
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for maximum impact
- Create engaging LinkedIn content calendars
- Write and publish thought leadership content
- Manage client engagement and interactions
- Monitor brand perception and metrics
- Implement best practices for personal brand growth
- Coordinate with content team for assets
Appointment Setting
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls
- Manage calendar and appointment logistics
- Follow up with prospects effectively
- Handle initial prospect communications
- Convert conversations into meetings
- Track appointment setting metrics
- Maintain high show-up rates
- Coordinate with sales team
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of LinkedIn lead generation experience
- Proven track record of setting B2B appointments
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of personal branding
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in outreach automation tools
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
- Data tracking and reporting abilities
