Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Junior Paid Social Ads Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone with a foundation in paid social advertising who is ready to grow into a full-fledged specialist. You’ll work closely with senior team members to learn and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Help manage and optimize client budgets and campaigns
• Support audience research and targeting strategy development
• Create and test ad copies and creatives under supervision
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations
• Assist in creating performance reports for clients
• Learn and follow established SOPs for campaign management
• Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices
• Support senior team members in campaign execution
• Document learnings and contribute to team knowledge base
• Learn new advertising platforms as they emerge
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and campaign components

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with paid social media advertising
• Meta Business Suite Certification (formerly Facebook Blueprint)
• Basic understanding of social media advertising platforms
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong desire to learn and grow in performance marketing
• Good understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities
