Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Artist to support our creative team in producing visual content for social media and marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with basic design skills who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics (posts, stories)
• Design basic marketing materials
• Follow established brand guidelines
• Resize and adapt existing designs
• Support senior designers on projects
• Maintain organized design files
• Edit and optimize images
• Create simple animations
• Learn new design techniques
• Implement feedback from seniors
• Assist with template creation
• Help maintain design asset library

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of design experience (including internships/freelance)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of InDesign
• Familiarity with social media design specs
• Understanding of basic design principles
• Portfolio showing fundamental skills
• Attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Basic typography skills
• Color theory knowledge
