Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Junior Google Ads Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone with foundational knowledge in Google Ads who is ready to grow into a full-fledged specialist. You’ll work closely with senior team members to learn and execute Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video platforms
• Help manage and optimize client budgets 
• Support keyword research and ad group organization
• Create and test ad copies under supervision
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations
• Assist in creating performance reports for clients
• Learn and implement conversion tracking
• Stay current with Google Ads platform updates
• Support senior team members in campaign execution
• Document learnings and contribute to team knowledge base
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and campaign components
• Assist in creating and maintaining campaign structure documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Google Ads
• Google Ads Search Certification
• Google Analytics Certification
• Basic understanding of Google Ads Editor
• Familiarity with conversion tracking setup
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong desire to learn and grow in PPC advertising
• Good understanding of search marketing principles
