Position Overview
We’re seeking a proactive Client Success Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing, ensuring client satisfaction and growth through strategic partnership and excellent service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
- Conduct regular client meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables
- Create and present performance reports and recommendations
- Manage client expectations and maintain satisfaction levels
- Handle client concerns and escalations professionally
- Document client interactions and maintain CRM records
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients
- Develop client success strategies and growth plans
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of client success or account management experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Proven track record of maintaining client relationships
- Experience in handling high-value B2B accounts
- Strong project management abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with performance marketing metrics
- Understanding of marketing KPIs and business objectives
